Congratulations Carolann for firing ur endocrinologist… YOU GO GURrrrl ❣️ whole food plant based is where it’s at. So many yummy foods too eat. I eat a lot , early in the day and I’m not feeling snacky later. I hv my flax & chia seed meal in a green (kale, cabbage, bok choy, arugula, broccoli!) blended drinks through the day. And lots of water. I hv so much energy all day. Congratulations again Carolann keep having fun with food ✌️ Chris, Ontario, Canada 👋🏻

I have just started a wholefoods plant based diet after being diagnosed with prediabetes and I also have a high cholesterol level, which I am hoping a wholefoods plant based diet will help

Yes, eating plant foods which have NO cholesterol and avoiding meat, eggs and dairy which are high in cholesterol will lower your cholesterol.

Just look at that before and after pictures. You must have done some really serious damage to your body by malnourishing yourself.

We are overfed on processed food. Doctors are taught to prescribe pharmaceuticals. Drugs make the situation worst for chronic conditions. The patient is the boss, not the doctor.

Hi Carolann, I joined mastering diabetes about 2 weeks ago. Thank you so much for sharing. I too have ADHD 😊 (officially diagnosed). I am doing the group coaching for one year but I know that will not work for me, it never does. I do have the mindset now. I eat plants now. I’m retired now and trying to get healthier. Again, thanks for sharing. Teresa

OMG…a1c of 6.5 is unacceptable to me!!! This is the best glucose control possible on WFPB??? I pass on this, not nearly good enough for me.
