Definitely overengineered, but I love it! I probably would have abused the multiple outputs of a RGBWW controller and let home assistant (or an ESP32) take care of the rest. But a very nice implementation regardless!

Thank you for the reply! And using home assistant is a very good suggestion! since you can trigger scripts based on your smarthome status :)

@Slemi You're right addressable leds are way easier! But these houses are the way they are. The LEDs are already inside from the factory and they cost between 25-45$ a piece, hence this solution

According to he postal tracking code will the PCBs arrive on tuesday and he was verry excited to work on the project so probably in one week :)
