Having met Paul several times I can tell you two things: 1. That Router table is a big beotch. 2. My personal Jackman score was far lower than this router table. He told me my score to my face, which was hurtful, but fair. Hard to argue with a rubric system like that.

Looks amazing, I love the integrated dust collection, especially the flush mount quick release. I had a question about the flip over panel; does something hold it in place? I see that 2 different T tracks continue onto that surface, but it seems like if you used it it could either lift or slide, depending on the force applied. I saw you adjusting something but it was unclear what that was and it appears you can flip the panel without releasing anything.

I really, really like this build. But you sort of lost me at the On/Off switch. Personally, I want all the doors and drawers closed when I use my router table. BUT I want the power switch where I can get at it without having to open anything. Mounted "correctly" (?) that big paddle can even be hit with a thigh or hip. But that's just me. Great job!
@JackmanWorks
@JackmanWorks Жыл бұрын
That's valid, for you I'd just say cut out a notch in the door so you can reach the power switch. Personally I like the entire door being the paddle because it's easier to find with your knee/hip.
