Overgrown Hedge (Super Metroid - "Brinstar Green" generic Sega Genesis / Mega Drive soundfont cover)

This started originally as an X soundfont project, but I stumbled on a Genesis/Mega Drive soundfont and honestly, it fits a lot better. Mega Drive to me always was the console with "that gritty and metallic music", and the instruments used with this kinda represent how I remember most tunes, though I never had the console myself.

I’ve actually been playing Metroid prime 2 recently. I love this track from super. And I think your cover did it justice. I’ve never really thought of what an original Metroid ost would sound like on genesis. I bet it would sound very interesting.
