Imagine how big he’d be in he took gear 😮💨
@digitaldogs233Күн бұрын
Excacly, he would be mike piana big. And look at his skin, clean as a baby's butt lol. And his traps clearly don't give off gear vibes. I swear most have never been in a gym to see the comparison. People on gear are so miss proportioned, he's not. If you've worked and ate good, slept well it's totally possible. If your not as big as him your doing something wrong. Some just can't believe what they are truly capable of. And that's a shame, so they berate a man who's dedicated his life doing this, ofcours he's huge, look at what he's lifting that's crazy, but doable. I've seen guys like him in gyms who get tested for competition and a couple wasn't far off his size because they started young and never stopped. They just didn't do social media. And at his stage of life i would expect easy tell signs like bubble gut etc. It's the "I couldn't do that, so how can he" mentality.
@diego61422Күн бұрын
I wonder why most tutorials etc say you r supposed to keep elbows straight forward on this but most pros do them like this and i also feel it hits better with elbows at least slightly flared

Since the long head attaches at the elbow and shoulder joint I would assume shoulder extension also plays a roll in stretch mediated hypertrophy (again assumption) but I’d say just try different forms and variations you may find some way of doing something that feels better for you than what you’ve heard

@DELTAFORCEADCКүн бұрын
I've experienced this as well. Try and slow down the rep, try different attachments, and change the positioning of your elbows in relation to your body. If nothing works... sometimes not every movement will agree with everyone's body
