Overland Dodge RAM 2500 Camper Build with Hawk Flatbed Four Wheel Camper

The Baja Runner was built and introduced by MULE Expedition Outfitters at the 2019 Nowrthwest Overland Rally near Leavenworth, WA. This truck is a 2016 RAM 2500 Tradesman that was taken from bone stock, and transformed into the Baja Runner with a Hawk Four Wheel Camper and an 8 ft Norweld Flatbed.

People complaining about no diesel , you save close to a 1000lbs going the gasser route and an additional $8-9000 for the Cummins option upfront. Plus there's less stuff to break especially with all the new emissions bull crap nowadays.

I wonder if a different tray would lower the FWC down by 6 inches? I've noticed that they seem to have quite a gap between the cab and the underside of the bed when on the Norweld. Love the regular cab though!

It may since the sliding tray in the back clearly raises the height of the camper. That said, I like the utility of the tray. Also, FWC are known as light campers given their aluminum build. The build looks great.

Great rig and craftsmanship (subscribed on this video) but personally there is no way I would use such a thirsty/massive petrol engine. Diesel please and then have a decent range.

Saweeeet!! Building up one myself! using a PCOR trey that looks about as high as yours. My Prospector XL is at about 7'4" to the top of my Rhino rack on the cab...What is your overall hight to the top of the camper?? hoping I can still stuff the thing in my Garage!!!
