Overlanding / Camping at Land Between the Lakes

Had a chance to get down to Land Between the Lakes and do some exploring and camoing. The first night we camped at Boswell Landing and the second at Taylor Bay.

The LBL is a great area. I spent most of my teenage years in that area. There are a lot of wild back country area that a human may not pass through in a couple of years. Nice video!

I live 15 minutes from LBL. I'm there every weekend I get a chance. Either camping or fishing or hunting. Its an adventure in its self. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I been here about 20 yrs now and still haven't seen it all

Yes. The roads going to the camp grounds are paved and the road through the elk and bison park is paved.

But the 300's are the reason to go! You got the motherload on the Elk and Boofooloo. Poor Dawson only got to see an Elk.

If I had another truck there to help with recovery if I got stuck I would have tried a little harder trails.
