Great comparison video brother! I'm still on the hunt for a decent portable compressor that isn't too heavy, but can still fill a tire quickly. I suppose that's where the problem is size(weight) vs fast compressor time, then you add in the price....UGH! I guess the search continues. 🤙

yeah, that is a tough choice. you have to give up one or the other. 😆

Lol, that thing is huge. Also, Viair has a long history and track record of selling reliable air pumps. Who exactly are these guys? What track record do they have? What is the duty cycle and warranty? Will they be around to honor it? Are parts and repairs available? Yea, no thanks. P.S. Our Subaru’s have 29.5” tires absolutely no need for an 11+ CFM air pump. My ARB single or that Viair 88 is more than sufficient.

you are 100% right but just giving choices. I will be using it and will update it if I find any flaws with it.

I picked up the Napa version of the Tozalazz compressor a few months back, that style is pretty much all exactly the same as the Morrflate ones, and they really shine with a 4 tire inflation kit, since there's only so much air that can go through the valve stem. With the 4 tire kit, I'm able to inflate all 4 of my 235/65r17 tires from 20psi, to 35psi in less than 2 minutes, not less than 2 minutes per tire, but less than 2 minutes for all 4. It's a great replacement for the cheapo 12v plug inflator I've been using from Costco. Another benefit of a 4 tire inflator kit is you can hook it up and deflate all 4 tires at once

That pretty cool! Now I need to get that too~ thanks for sharing your experience

I have the Tozalazz and it airs up 4 tires from 18 psi to 50 psi in 6 mins. Set up and tear down altogether is 10 mins. Then again I have a Tundra pickup...so space is not premium in my case. Now if I am going take my wife's 4Runner out and about then I think the Viair is a better option.

I think you’re correct- all depends on how often we off-road and space is a premium when car camping. Lol. I’d probably go with your initial compressor due to compactness. Great video!

it's a fine choice, I've been using Viair and they are the best next to ARB for a fraction of the cost.

How about an on board air compressor? I’m looking to get one for my OBW
@ChasingAdventuresCO10 ай бұрын
it will be even more expensive unless you rig a non onboard compressor and make one your self

That things a beast! I would just upgrade the Viair to a 400p for performance without the bulk and weight.

That's a good one too!

@@ChasingAdventuresCOI just picked up the Viair TLC Plus. It checks all the boxes, with hard or part time mounting options! @Viairbike

it was pretty crazy to see the tire inflate so fast.
