As always camp cooking was a big part of the camping theme Roasting A Whole Chicken & Grilling Tenderloin Steaks on the Firebox Stove was a big hit! Family fun with friends!
Overland camping in our off road vehicles, both equipped with Rooftop tents. One on an off road motorcycle trailer, the other over the bed of our 4 x 4 truck. I slept in the bed of the truck with my family up in the James Baroud Evasion Hard Shell Tent.
The wind was relentless! We were glad to have such sturdy shelter rather than a ground tent!

Lol! She always makes me laugh when I put that on her! She slept with it on under a blanket next to me in the bed of the truck and hardly moved all night. We did have a great time! The Coffee Spit is awesome! A great camp cooking tool to add to the arsenal!
