The missing link to your queen/ling drops is to add 8-12 banelings into the overlords and then when their zealots/ling/marines engage your queens and lings and line up next to each other, you baneling bomb their light units. The overlord speed buff really makes baneling bombing in actual battles practical now and I would not be surprised if they revert the change in the next patch once people figure out how strong baneling bombing is with the new speedy dropperlords. It pretty much forces the other player to go all air or ranged armored units because light units are so easy to destroy now with baneling bombs in speedy dropperlords.

The trick to counteract the slower morph time is to not let the dropper lord die, and use them multiple times. During the first attack you did not need either of the dropper lords to be there. You attempted to save 3 lings worth 75 minerals but losing the dropper lords all of the threat of dropping is gone along with 250 minerals / 50 gas. Now it is slower to get more drops in and burrow, which would have been annoying for the toss to deal with.

Love the aggressive variations of these drop harass builds. Giving all the overlords speed is nice as well as the queen drops. What do you think about keeping a drop-lord near the cliff for some reinforcements? I would also like to see a few roaches mixed in giving this attack a little more explosiveness being able to reinforce the queens with a flood of roaches and lings. Queens are the same dps with more health and abilities but roaches are more masable can be morphed to conserve transfusion and larva.

I remember the Queenwalk vs. Voidray opening times. That was a great injustice actually! The patch did solve the problem, but in a way that was totally unfairly towards the poor Voidray. Besides the Queen, Voidrays were also nerved, to put an end to that half of the problem, even though they already were kinda shit. They were just build since they kinda could do everything (but nothing well) and as such were enough to bridge the time till Carriers, without the Protoss having to warp in additional ground forces facilities. Making the Voidray even worse solved that, but the better solution would have been to nerf the stupid Carrier into oblivion instead. With that the Voidray would have become a bridge to nothing, and as a consequence it would also not have been constructed anymore, since it already kinda sucked anyway, and Protoss would just have gone ground instead. It would have solved the same problem just as well but with the added bonus of removing the stupid Carrier.

Bro you surrender too fast let the opponent decide when ya die. The longer you survive less mmr lost. Youre also robbing the opponents highlight reel. Arguably the most sought after inquiry is how starcraft has helped you and the cats survive the universal quaking mass hourglass.
