By human and new world standards it is. Very few new world species wouldn't be phased by it like True Dragon lords which are very rare by this point (8 greed kings brought them to near extinction and are believed to had use a world item to overwrite the magic rules in the new world from Wild Magic being the main system to Yggdrasil tier magic. Causing less and less dragons to be born able to use Wild magic)

This Blasting Staff sounds like one of the best tools a squishy Mage can use, always knocking your opponent to a fairly long distance, asuming the knockback itself can of cannot stun him or make him lose stability, sounds pretty OP. If you can land the hits and being able to hold your ground without reling too much of the staff, of course.

Great collection of magical items, I will suggest some to my DM, my Aasima fighter would really use a Doppel weapon. Now, time to be "that guy". Albedo's armor doesn't go down in three powerful attack is just that her skill to transfer damage to her armor usually ends with a destroyed armor because equipment has less durability or HP than a player or NPC. Wich is why some monks like Herohero can destroy equipments despite slimes having low str. Albedo armor is actually three armors so she can use that skill three times. The main problem of this armor (for Albedo) is that her armors are destroyed from the inner to the outermost so she can't "service" Ainz by slowly being stripped in front of him.
