Kind of old and off topic but in that movie Let me in/ Let the right one in, the vampire wasn’t a hero in the end. She was extra cruel because she wasn’t a kid befriending a kid and just has a human feeding addiction. She’s older than old people, she’s a woman pretending to be a child and just lining up the kid to take the place of her old handler who died to protect her. The old man was who this new kid is being groomed to be. A life devoted to serial killing and covering up til you get caught, killed or too old to do it. Then she grooms the next one.

I was waiting for this!! 🎉👏 Tbf this was a friggin good film for the first 2 parts. They didn’t do the typical Nazi zombies running around everywhere - a lot of the scenes were intense and had great atmosphere. The last part though was super cliche and did loose it’s atmosphere it almost became a comedy.

I loved "Overlord"! "Saving Private Ryan" meets "The Re-Animator". They played this completely like a serious WWII movie throughout, even during the horror aspect. Wyatt Russell is definitely his father's son in this, emulating his dad from John Carpenter's "The Thing" and "Escape from New York". The lead actor also did a tremendous, realistic performance in this. The main Nazi reminded me of if Christoph Waltz and Michael Shannon had a baby. The whole premise was Grindhouse absurdity, but they did it right. My favorite "Kill Nazis" fantasy films since "Inglorious Basterds".

I had an absolute blast .Very gory and unapologetically violent in the best possible ways, but I love the fact that it felt so much like a war movie above everything else, It's sort of a pulpy, high-concept B-movie mixed in with some really good WWII war movie style action beats....Pretty much Captain America: The First Avenger/Inglorious Bastards on zombie mode. I really hope it does well and through word of mouth has a surprising box office run. Definitely deserves it.

The movie was just OK. Great war elements that it didn't focus on enough and great horror elements it didn't focus on enough so they combined for a predictable but entertaining film. But geez, the main character and the overdone focus on how he was a paragon of good was annoying and almost takes you out of the film at times.

I downloaded Twitch to support this channel. You should too. I'd have to say this movie was a -Low Full Price, for me. My wife and I went to see it on opening night. She fell asleep about 30 mins in and woke with 30 mins left, she thought the movie was perfect lol. The middle got a little slow for me, but I paid full price for both of us, so fuck falling asleep. Make me pay full price- 5 xanax and and 5 beers couldn't make me pass out until the credits roll. In all honesty, I had fun with this movie, I think most people will too, so it's worth it. Keep this channel up and support it in anyway possible, they've helped us get through Covid with laughs and rewatching movies, so we'll do the same. Movie started out really good, but lost steam big time about midway through - and didn't recover. It needed more over-the-top Evil Dead 2 / Army of Darkness style humour. Imagine if someone like Sam Raimi got a hold of this. The closest thing was Jovan Aleppo's nervous reactions to the crazy stuff happening around him, which had me chuckling a bit. The music was bland and was drowning everything out, reminded me of the new Godzilla movie''s score in that way - which I despised. Also, Wyatt Russell needs some improving as an actor.

This movie was one of the most bland generic movies I've seen this year. Seriously, it was good at the start with "War Horror" but man, it got worst the more it went along.
