The Sacred/Holy Kingdom is the nation the Sorcerer Kingdom was sending humanitarian aid to before Phillip single handedly doomed Re-estize. The anime chose to just timeskip over everything that's going to happen in the movie and now you'll see it happen

Interesting translation chose the movie is going with this which is that the Kingdom they're in is the Holy Kingdom and the name of the arc is the Roble Holy Kingdom arc but instead they're going with "Sacred Kingdom" which is just another translation for Holy Kingdom.

Yes you are correct the angels you see are summoned beings and we first saw them being summoned by slain theocracy in season 1. By the way Ains also summoned them as his bodyguards in season 4 episode 1. Chronologically the events in this movie occur after episode 7 and before episode 8 of season 4.

Personally, that girl with lots of focus in the trailer is one of my favorite characters, and to my knowledge many people feel like I do. Let's enjoy the film and hope it turns out well, it should only adapt 2 volumes though, 2/3 of a season, so it wont be as bad as an entire season turned into a movie like you presume... I hope.
