Well, you got nations like Thay in Forgotten Realms. There's the Blood of Vol in Eberron that could have a high level undead priest. Nex and Geb have tons of undead in Pathfinder. Hell, Pathfinder let's you play a skeleton, so you can totally try to become Ainz.

I just got back from the screening and if you're expecting to not get janky CGI you're in for a bad time! 😂 The overall quality is fine definitely better that first season but there's the usual reuse of assets and it's not really a problem whenever they've got the bone daddy on screen is still great!
