I've had this debate with people! And i've actually had chunks of powder in panckes because people say "you need the lumps!" 😂🤢 Thank you for answering it for me! No more lumpy pancakes!!

Overmixed for the win. Do you usually use pancake mix instead of making them from scratch, or just for convenience? I cook mine from scratch and then use a bit of cooking oil in the pan to give them crispy edges, so good.

I usually make them from scratch. I was going for convenience in the video. I like the oil idea. I also lay down some butter first and then lay down some more when I flip. Love the crispy edges.
