Just bought the ninja xl grill after watching your vids. You think you can get that level of brisket on the ninja?

My last Ninja brisket was darn close to this. Other than missing a smoke ring it was really close. The ninja setup and cleanup is so much easier but the ability to leave it on the big one and not have to refill the hopper is nice.
