The campgrounds are only accessible by kayak or canoe (and only if you’re planning on traveling on the water for 14mi or more) - I hired a company that rented canoes and had them drop us off at Dingman’s ferry, with a pickup at the Delaware Water Gap. The campground was right where the river curves in an “S” shape and where the Bushkill meets the Delaware. There are a ton of campsites there that are marked by a small brown sign of a triangle tent. The national park website for the water gap has a lot of important information as well.
