Hey guys good job on the video. Im new to your channel and the area. I'm about 45 min from north bay . Just wondering where a good access point is where I can park and walk on to the lake. If you could help me out it would be greatly appreciated

Hey Doug! Thanks for leaving a comment 😊. We find the easiest place to park and enter the lake is called Sunset Park. From Lakeshore Dr you turn on to Sunset Blvd. Sunset Blvd is a short street with home on both sides and at the end it opens up to a parking lot and a park. There is parking on land as well as on the ice once the ice is thick enough. You will see others parked on the ice as well

The air mattress was on top of two cots placed together. We have the MEC Reactor 10 mattress. It has an Rvalue of 6.3 so it is winter rated. We have never had issues with it being cold from under us. We also heat our our tent as well. It's not super warm over night inside the tent.. around 5°C.

Good Day , I looked at Your Gas Cooker Stove on Amazon. Says it doesn’t perform well below 55* F ?!? Your’s seemed to cook just fine in Your ESKIMO. What is your evaluation of the butane stove please? Thanks for the video 🎉 ….. sorry it was so Cold 🥶 ✨🎣💫

Hi Brian. Thank you for the comment ☺️. We do enjoy the Gas One stove. We hear our Eskimo tent so we haven't had any issues with the stove. We also love how sturdy it is! Keeping it off of the cold ice also helps the fuel from getting too cold. So far it hasn't been an issue ☺️

When I was a boy, we never had to worry about size …… small and LARGE went back, and eaters went to our Shore Lunch on one on the islands out in the Lake !!! @@brianfeeney9493 it's too bad the lake had been over fished and damaged. We enjoy fishing even if it's difficult to get a size that we can keep. I'd rather that than not having the fish. Its hard to imagine how different fishing would have been for you! It's a such a beautiful lake!

I agree that ANY fishing is better than NO Fishing 🎣 !!!! The first BIG SLAM on the Lake, occurred when the Province allowed certain individuals ….. to NET the Lake !!!! It killed the Sport Fishing in only a few years. Sad But TRUE. Keep sending the Great 👍🏻 videos, and enjoy the Lake where my Father was born at the Old Smith Mill !!!! ✨🎣💫❤️🇨🇦
