Mate, you need to get away from the city. It's not good for your health. I hate the city. Too much people, traffic, noise, and pollution. I love the peace and quiet. Just the sound of the wind or river when you sleep at night. Very relaxing.

I hope you find a way to go and spend 2 nights away.. It can be done even on a tight budget.. Go Green/Brown.. Stealth is good.. Light as possible but essentiall, good boots, second hand if on budget.. Tiny flat cooker on aluminium plate for inside cooking .. door open when doing that..

Loving your videos. Has ignited the bug in me. But it's taken a while to find a couple of days as my wife and I both work and have a young family. But between family, work and study I have managed to plan a Dartmoor trip. First solo camp so am really looking forward to it. May even use the peace to get some productive study done. Will be using a one man low profile tent that I brought for my stag do, camping on the side of Snowden with my best man. Kids have used it for playing since so bit damaged but serviceable. Shall give it a quick waterproofing spray before hand. Everything else will be minimal as I'm just starting but will be making a list of WANTS from your films. Keep up the good work, loving Poppy. I need a dog now

Just watched your weekend video, been going up into those hills and lochs for over 50years,fishing walking and camping, fishing wise, you only need one spinner small Mepps, size 0 to size 2,during the summer and autumn the fly and the bubble float,2 or 3 flies a foot apart and your bubble at the end of your line, great where there is a lot of weeds, the downside to the region is the midges, and if it rains they get worse ,and all the lochs in that area have beaches,if you get the weather makes all the difference, smashing wee dog, hope you get better weather next time you come, cheers.
