Excellent discussion on a very important issue. Aside from the DMW, Philippine immigration policy adjustments and enforcement seem to be lagging due to how dynamic Canadian immigration policies have become especially with regards to foreign students. Would be interesting to delve deeper on how both Philippine authorities treat Filipinos exiting on a Digital Nomad Visa or a Jobseeker visa currently being offered in many European countries.

I guess depends on the country where filipinos work at. i used to work in Dubai obviously there was no pathway to become PR or citizen. Hence, we moved here in Canada as temporary open permit worker, but hoping to get our PR

I have been working for a Canadian employer for last 3 years on a PGWP, the initial 1.5 years were inside Canada (Apr 2021 - Nov 2022) and then I got relocated to India on a temporary basis and started working from one of their Indian offices (Dec 2022 - Till date) and have been working from here since last 1.5 years, with no change in my employment status, while still being paid in CADs to a Canadian bank account and paying Canadian taxes. Can I count this remote work as Foriegn work experience in my EE application?
