Excellent credentials, I suggest you go for MRCGP accreditation via RACGP, google it you will know the steps. Once completed you will be allowed to work as GP practice experience pathway eventually you may decide to do FRACGP exams. Since the recognition of MRCGP international this route is streamlined for doctors to start practicing as a GP

Is there any any internship opportunities or observership in Australia which I can do before my AMC1 or after AMC 1 (while awaiting for results or building the CV ) ? Could you please focus on how to apply for that? How can an IMG apply for different hospitals just for internship? I would not have any clinical experience right after graduating from university since I would be straight coming to Australia.

I think in Australia, hospitals prioritize local medical graduates but that does not mean you will not receive offer. Just try.

There is no need for AMC1 for UK CCT EM...permanent jobs in major cities in EM are rare, regional cities, yes. However, you can work as a VMO (Locum consultant on 0 hour (PRN) 5 year contracts) in major cities
