I visited visa violation office at Istanbul Airport, officer checked my passport n boarding pass but he did not tell me fine and said u can go now. T stamped on my boarding pass. i heard its possible not to pay the tax while leaving the country and after three months when u wish to return to the state u can pay in the entrance. is it possible?

Usually it works like this, however we advise clients to pay the overstay fee before leaving to be sure about their entry ban status.

I over stay for 3 days, but the visa immigration ask for 6000 TL, hoping that there is specific amount for every days of over staying. 😢 Unfortunately I only have in my pocket of 7000 TL and I cant pay it because I need also money for going back home. The immigration ask me to sign a paper and he said I am not allowed to enter the said country for 3 months, and when I get back after 3 months I need to pay it.

The visa overstay fee is very random. We advise our clients not to overstay. For the payment of visa overstay fee, you can contact Turkish consulate in your country.

Salam i want to share the experience of someone i know very well: He is from an european country and overstayed for 44 days in turkey in April 2024 In the airport he was asked to pay 8000Lira or get a 6month ban. He chose the ban and didn't pay anything Hopefully this doesn't have any longterm consequences. @Burak Unal , do you know if this can be saved on the passport and cause longterm problems?

Only visa violation officers know the exact amount. Go with cash money to the airport to pay it. Turkey doesnt care where you go as long as you pay the money. If you have visa to france, it shouldnt be a problem.

Depends on the officer and your exact overstay days. Just pay the penalty and ask for entry ban.

Sir I have turkey maltpal one year visa I apply TRC in bursa butt my TRC rejected and that person my TRC apply I give him 1000 dollars he tell me you apply the court appeal that i stay total six months but when i go trc office plz tell me my staytus me chach the police and deport my contry but i have Visa now 2 month valid I can travel and fine pay please tell me sir🙏

Wow too much money for residency and it got rejected. Court appeal doesnt give you any right to stay here

It is cash only. The exact amount is calculated at airport. It is usually 100-150usd per month of overstay. But the final calculation varies from person to person.
