Ben 4 Aralık 2023 Türkiye'ye giriş yaptım. 90 gün sonra 2 Martta 2024 Türkiyeden çıkış yaptım. 90 gün yurtdışında kaldiktan sonra, 1 hazıranda 2024 tekrar giriş yapmaya çaliştım ancak sistemin sıfırlanmadığını söylediler, sistemin 4 Haziranda sıfırlanacagini soylediler, yani 4 Haziranda 180 günüm bitecek gibi hesaplamışlar. Bu nasil mümkün olabilir sizce? Gün olarak değil de ay olarak hesaplama yaptılar gibi gööküyor yani 4 aralık +6 ay=4 hazıran. Sistemde hata olamaz dediler ama sizce hata yok mu sistemde?

Hello, I would like a clarification please, because I've managed to confuse myself. Please do your best to give me a response! The 90 days out of 180 are calculated on a rolling basis, like the Schengen visa, correct? So, according to your example: "For example, if we want to calculate from today (11 February 2023), we start our 180 days period from 15 August 2022 and we check if we stay more than 90 days between 15 August 2022 and 11 February 2023." Taking this exact scenario, let's say you stayed for 30 days entering Turkiye on August 20. Then, another 50 days in October-November. This would amount to 80 days, so normally you'd have 10 days left. Entering on February 11, you can leave on February 21, 10 more days. However, if you enter on February 11, after 5 days the 180-day period will reach your 30-day August stay. Starting from that day, if you calculate 180 days backwards, the number of stay will remain the same for the next 30 days, since you'll be adding one day, but also reducing one day of stay in August. So, since the 180-day count will be rolling, entering on February 11, you'll have 40 days to stay, right?
