It's very common in the Philippines for men to run away once they impregnate a woman. Then after several years after his health has deteriorated, he comes crawling back to the woman and expects her and the child he neglected all these years to come around and take care of him. It's very common. Then the Filipino men complain about foreign men stealing their women away. Well guess what, foreign men may have many Filipina women they sleep around with, but when they get knocked up, foreign men STEPS UP unlike the cowardly locals. It's the culture there. I'm not even making this up.

I'm not sure the exact nature of his relationship with Janice, but, I felt the emotion, for sure, when he said he hates goodbyes. There was a lot of emotion in her eyes as she sat there in the van in those final seconds ....and you could see she was both unsure, scared, but hopeful of what the future might hold for her. Watching that part of the video, it reminded me of long-lost memories of times I had to say goodbye to people that really meant something to me, but that I knew, deep inside, I would never see again more thank likely. Those are hard moments indeed. I feel sad now. I'm a new viewer, only 20+ videos in into his massive 1.9K library. I will have to figure how Janice's role.

My 1st divorce, 25 years ago, I was a meat cutter, going into work at 430am, great pay, after a few years, missing out on xmas, thanksgivings, etc etc, you know, because I had to go to bed earlier than her, our relationship ended up dying. Had to get an attorney, and they literally wanted me to go in and decide what I would like to keep ... it was terrible. I ended up getting 1/2 of this and 1/2 of that, but, never again talked to her, didn't go collect my things and didn't even show up for court, I had already moved on, and I did. I totally agree with Mark here, move the fck on with things. Less is more in life. I wish I realized this earlier on in life, I would have a lot more money in savings .... A LOT.
