Hundreds audition, but only a select group will secure spots in the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders training camp. DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell oversee the intense audition process and decide which hopefuls will make the team.

Ava dug herself a large hole. It was a surprise for her to be cut toward the end.So much time was given to her...The cheerleader that was trying out for the Rockettes..caused the team wasted time & did the team horribly. Kelli & Judy showed their emotions that were caring & concern.

@@emilyturner6849 How did Alora Rose cause the team to waste time? It is completely normal to have more than one audition. In fact it's encouraged. Kelli & Judy are old and out of touch with the dance world if they think it is wrong to go on multiple auditions. You are foolish to train for a whole year and only audition for one thing. That's like only going on one job interview. How dumb is that... you go on multiple and accept the best offer.

I’ve seen several videos of the first game and a few after. The lines on field and triangle were PRECISION!!!! Perfect lines!!!! Very talented dancers. This year is spectacular! Now, PAY THEM!!!!!!! $$$$

THIS! Every KZbin video this season from the stands has shown them to be perfect in every way...crisp execution and HIGH HIGH HIGH kicks! I kept looking for more videos and all I saw was perfection! The video submission for tryouts really helped weed out the so so dancers from the start. While the hot mess tryouts were entertaining, the fact that everyone KNEW they were all good dancers made them work harder to make it to training camp and be picked for the team.

SOOOOOO... When are you going to pay these hardworking, talented women what they deserve? That dopey mascot makes $70k a year doing nothing and these women put in WAAAAAAY more time and energy into each game and get $15 an hour. They should get paid from this show AND should be getting what they mascot gets.

@@GoalHornGeek You are mistaken. Show Group gets $400 for an event which isn't a weekly thing. They get $200 once a week for games and even if they got $20 for practice that's not much. This guy gets $70k for running in circles and clapping his hands lol... it doesn't even compare.

I want Kelli's job. I have no illusions that it would not be grueling and stressful and hard, but it's such an incredible combination of creativity, interpersonal coaching, management, and leadership. I just hope that someday I can do something that lights me up so much and inspires so many.

This episode shows how even though the cheerleaders are the most successful thing this organization has had in the last 20 years. They are still considered an afterthought. The music was changed and nobody told Judy and Kelli. Why? Because unless they are in front of the camera the top brass doesn't actual think about the time, energy and work it takes to make the cheerleaders as great as they are.

Failure to notify you of music change?! Incompetence. The production director/coordinator should immediately email, consult and meet with Judy if there is even the thought of a change in opening music. DCC candidates and veterans have been highly reprimanded, embarrassed/humiliated and booted for less.

I've been a Cowboys fan since the days that I was too young to shave and my voice hadn't changed yet so my opinion is biased but I think that we have the best cheerleading squad in the NFL. The Raiderettes are extremely good but for my money I think the DCC is the best.

I was referring to the overtime episode they do that highlights what occurred on the recent episodes. For example in the overtime segment they did for episode 10 they did not highlight her proposal they did not cover it. So therefore they did not show it in that instance. However in the regular episode they did. I was referring to the overtime episode when I said they should’ve included her proposal.

This shows a recap of Kelli picking Meredith & having 37 on the team because she had a “girl crush” on her she admits later front of others. Meredith is very beautiful & can dance her ballerina style dance but had No business on the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders team. She got picked because of her beauty & Not her abilities. As time goes on her fakeness & entitlement comes out in episodes too

It’s pretty obvious that they don’t want Ava back. Honestly kelly and Judy are extremely outdated? They expect too much from these girls for how little they’re willing to pay them. Honestly the show probably won’t last much longer if they don’t step up their social media too because they’re so far behind 2021 standards for reality competition shows

I don't think Kelli wants Ava back either. I wish she would have just flat out told her "this team isn't right for you" instead of her usual beating around the bush "oh take some DCC classes and work on your professionalism" I don't think Kelli wants her on the team period and that sucks but she needs to be honest instead of giving her a little bit of false hope.

@@breemystic I believe the issue was (with the 2nd criticism of her on social media) that she was posting cryptically about training camp - saying she was home on a break when asked if she had been cut (which was true, but they aren't to even give hints about their status while the shows are airing). They had specifically told the TCC not to do that, but Ava did it anyway.

She's an All-Star. She had to have surgery anyways I think on her knee but I mean, she was a 5th year veteran anyways. So now she fills in if someone absolutely can't make it (did so recently), does some appearances and stuff and is REALLY happy about where she's at.

Oh wow this season was the worst season. DCC has never sucked so much as it did this year. C'mon guys figure out a way to bring back the first half of the tryouts before training camp and figure out how to bring back all the judges! Kelli and Judy are lame. They make u fall asleep while they're talking. They also desperately need to get rid of Judy. Have never seen a more witchy woman than her- like evil. Both Kelly and Judy are becoming unrelatable and out of touch. They don't even compliment the girls unless one of the guest choreographers do. They come across as tools- like they don't have a mind of their own but when a guest choreographer says they like somebody K & J are like "oh us too!" Jealous, snotty witches.
