Great interview, drop the store-bought Candy creamer and replace it with Naturals tri- whey protein plus electrolytes. Helps immensely on days that require a lot of sweat- equity. Should have bought a Peterbilt... Just joking a little. Might want to consider a roadie diesel tech down the road.
