I appreciate the study done on the angle of the saddle, will make this adjustment and see if it solves the occasional stiffness in my lower back

good presentation, but me as a bikefitter seen some points as an outdated information, there's some need to be update.

Can you provide latest update and scientific literature. Are they peer reviewed studies?

@@PhiyackYuh im not sure i can provide all the information here, but just take a few piece from this video, about saddle height method it was used in old ages when people use different equipments, and now us as bikefitters especially those who fit with function based method seen that most people set their saddle too hi, and 25 knee flexion is too high especially for non athletes if measure by dynamic method (often static measurement didn't work so well) we can ask to those fitters who have lv4 IBFI certification, since it was evidence based data and i haven't seen updated "official paper" yet. then we look at stretching method and ice, we can easily search for update studies regarding those common methods, for example there's a video about stretching on Physiotutors YT.

oh i want to add about ITBS the treatments shown in this video also outdated, but i agree woth lowering the seat height.
