great overview about a great product that's unfortuantely not much being talked about in videos. I'd have some ideas/wishes for further Studio Live 16.0.2 mixer content: • how to set up the Studio Live 16.0.2 mixer in your daw/Presonus Studio One and how to set up the routing • how to send a track out from your DAW back to the Studio Live 16.0.2 mixer, use the fat channel, and record the effected channel in your DAW again • how to use the software ''Universal Control'' with the Studio Live 16.0.2 mixer I think these are three common use cases I'd be delighted to see you talking about. I've had the firewire version of the 16.0.2 for about 5 years, and I think its just the same as the USB version, so this video series is very helpful.

Just bought a new one of these. Thank you for making these videos. I would never have figured out how to fully set this up for recording without your videos. I spent a whole day combing the Internet, the manual and KZbin for answers. Your videos answered them all. One of the worse manuals I've seen. But I think most companies these days, expect their customers to use YT to learn about their products... Cheers!

Really liked this presentation. It's one of the best thought out mixers I have seen. Would love to learn about using effects on the DAW live with whats send in. Also is there some intelligent EQ'ing for live setups that can be done from a smartphone or tablet? Would be incredibly useful to be able to walk into a live audience and do some intelligent EQ'ing during a performance.

Great video. Thank you for this! I thought with the shelf eq on the low band set at 130hz and the gain increased the frequencies above 130 which are 155 to 465 would be increased?

Great video. I have a behringer 24 channels analog mixer. Looking forward to get a digital one but I need to learn more about digital mixer. All my stuff will be 6 mics, 2 pianos, drum and a guitar. Do you think this mixer will be good enough (is for a small church). And how many extra channels I will have ? Would like to learn more. Also would like to know if I need more stuff to do a set up with this digital mixer. I won’t be recording for now. Thanks Great video

Nice job on the video. Does this mixer have a delay output option? For example, I want to distance speakers into the room father from my mains and want to time them properly. Also does this mixer have reverb? Sweetwater is offering special pricing on this mixer until the end of the month (March 2024) and am thinking of buying one. Can you recommend a mixer in the same price range if the PreSonus 16.0.2 USB doesn't?

Also, I was wondering which way would be better for the livestream. Would it be better to only use the mixer or Studio one DAW or booth for the livestream?

I want to connect outboard effects to this board but when I pull up the Audio I/O Setup, it detects 16 StudioLive Ch1 through 16 outputs. Maybe im not understanding IO but the outputs are not listed that way on the board. So I dont know which output connections to use.

My Presonus StudioLive 16.0.2 USB started acting up and generating a lot of white noise in different channels. Tried switching cables and restarting it. But nothing seems to help. Looks like a digital problem. I was wondering how to do a factory reset. What buttons do I have to press?

After all these years I'm surprised that the 16.0.2 is still available while the 16.4.2 and 24.4.2 were deprecated. It's a great hybrid board for orgs/churches looking to move from analogue to digital

thanks for the review, an expensive and not very usefull toy, as no fx on ch, otherwise why else you want to go digital and pay a premium
