Support is without a doubt 1000% the least impactful role in the game (besides mercy cause her dmg boost can carry games just by putting it on the hitscan) I say this as a top 500 support main, We don't do anything CLOSE to what the other roles do in terms of changing the outcome of the game.

Yeah Brig Zen is really good RN, it's really painful when the enemy has a Zen but your team doesn't. Because it just means they are probably gonna win like every "tank" fight just because your tank is going to be taking way more damage and would have to be a lot better than the enemy tank to compensate for that. So even acceptable picks like picking Moira when I'm Brig, (Moira heals close up while Brig can compensate for Moira's lack of range), are now a pretty awful pick simply because if they have Brig and Zen we'll be destroyed. Neither Moira nor Brig can deal very well with Zen at all on long range. On top of that when the brigs fight each other the Zen is way more likely to just delete brig when she drops her shield compared to Moira's relatively slow DPS. Of course DPS and Tanks can compensate for that but if you compare just the supports you are already starting off at a disadvantage.

I thought Main/Off Support depends on your team comp. Main support is the one who is necessary for the comp, for example mercy would be main support when you have pharah/Soujourn. But would be off Support if you had an Ana and Genji, so you could easily switch out mercy for Zen for example. Well, another day another lesson I guess.

Ok, first off, zenny mercy is a wonderful combo depending on what tank is being used. Orisa, jq, sig. Doom, ball good. Dva meh. Blizzard doesn't understand that Buffing heroes while other heroes are broken, will create powercreep that 100% ensure the recently buffed hero becomes the overpowered hero when the overpowered heroes get nerfed.. The correct move for Blizz to fix the game is to STOP BUFFING ANYONE, FLAT OUT. NO MORE BUFFS. Only nerfs to bring down the overpowered heroes in tune with everyone else. THEN if someone is still undertuned, they can slightly buff them. This would essentially lower power creep.

i can confirm since season 3 i have made it to places i never thought i could get to in overwatch 1 (i was hard stuck gold) but since finding good team mates, refining my skills, learning techs, and ive grown a lot. enough to place diamond and masters so when i dropped to diamond again i was pissed cause i was on the biggest loosing streaks and id get really toxic and sometimes voice it at my team mates who i believed were dragging us down. i think whats made me get really tilted when im on a loosing streak is cause one of my friends told me that my skill level isnt that of someone of the rank i met him in (i met him in plat and now hes a gm rein main) he told me that my skills were probably diamond or masters so ig that boosted my ego a tad and also made me feel more pressure on myself. but yea can confirm those ranks get extremeley toxic and its easy to get tilted.

As a flex player, Cass's grenade is definitely a bit of a problem unless you've got people peeling for your ass the moment it sticks, or you're a tank. Against tanks, it's just another headshot. Against the remaining 69% of the cast, it's almost a guaranteed free ticket back to spawn if you take a bodyshot. Whoever made the tok talking about him having an actual grenade that he actually throws himself instead of sicking on the nearest target like a blue shell from Mario Kart. Giving him an E ability that doesn't feel as cheap as the "legendary" mime skin for Moira is honestly something that I think the community as a whole (or at least the part of the community that can aim better than a bronze Torb main) would appreciate, even if it's essentially just Ashe's dynamite without any burning.

Main supports and flex supports kind of confuse me because in OWL you will still have someone like Jjonak on Zen (main sup) but he also flexes to Ana/Bap (Flex sup) so I always wonder if those players have to relinquish their callouts when they swap off of those roles.
