I found the PS5's 120 fps to be flawless, however, the XSX 120 fps mode to dip quite a bit, fortunately it has VRR.

that's the best way for personal use, some monitors & TV's do have a counter that displays fps. Otherwise its a complicated process of capturing raw footage and then analyzing it.

Any gaming monitor will make the colours pop just like the ps5. It's really down to preference. I started off on the ps then went to xbox, now going to buy the s. X not needed. I have 780 wins on rebirth with an xbox 1 that's about to explode and a controller with stick drift so doesn't really matter. Movement and intelligence matters.

Console Performance is worse than expected considering my rtx3070ti reaches 400fps at 1440p and decent graphics, when in most other games its barely better or on par with consoles. I guess thats what happens when devs actually optimize their game for pc.

you clear dont understand the tech. it was the same last gen, both companies but more effort into different aspects of the hardware. differnt games will tak advantage if that. many gpu bound games are running at 5-10% higher resolution on xbox but fps cpu bound games are running better on PS5 due to its higher frequency cores and boost clock. which is why ps5 can handle some games better and some at higher fps. in PC terms? Theyre literally identical pre builds you would probably run games at the same settings with 🤣🤣🤣 There is now real "power" difference anymore when you wiegh them both up
