The 15'23" on last jett animation was her new time. She was running to see how fast she becomes after training, you could see her reflection in glass that was slower than her. It was her old time record. Edit: also if you look closely, after she crosses the line, she clicks something on her watch, I believe it's timer (stopwatch, etc.)

Something happened when viper did an experiment,and somehow omen and sage was involved? Something happened with omen and sage tried to revive him but failed. I think he's still alive, it's just he's between the border of life and death? Omen's real name starts with Ja- something, viper quickly corrected herself before she completely said his name tho. And viper reals name is Sabine, omen's voiceline making me think that they had a relationship of some sorts. It explains viper's hatred for sage, as one of viper's voicelines revealed that whole sage failed to revive or heal omen drama.

Allow me to summerize the valorant lore since i can't do it fast enough on twitch chat. If you consider this spoilers, I'll delete it right away. Around 10 years before the incident the Venice in the Duelists video, a mysterious event called the First Light occured and spanned around the Globe. Gifted individuals are chosen randomly and are called Radiants, those who can use special abilities. Radianite is the new resource of many things such as electricity and technology supported by radianites is super advanced. Kingdom, a big company that works in many branches, they do research on how to harness, to fully exploit the power of radianite. They provide 3 quarters of energy the world uses after successfully harness this new resource. They began the valorant protocol and recruit numerous agents (Radiants and non-Radiants) in this order: Brimstone, Viper and Omen are the earliest members in the group, 4.Killjoy, 5. Cypher, 6.Sova, 7.Sage, 9.Phoenix, 10.Jett, 11.Reyna, 12.Raze, 13.Breach, 14.Skye, 15.Yoru, 16.Astra, 17.Kay/O, 18.Chamber, 19.Neon. Agent number 8 is either missing or gone rogue or on an undercover mission. In the Warm Up cinematic, next to Phoenix's locker (the number 9 locker), you can see the number 8 on the locker scratched off. The VALORANT protocol has the duty to protect people from incidents related to radianite. Times later, the amount of radianite on Earth 2 decreaswd heavily and they planned on stealing radianite from Earth 1 using a device called the spike, thus the war between 2 Earths began. Phoenix's backstory is that when he first discovered his abilities, his flames suddenly went out of control, burning his school, idk if there were any injuries but the incident got reported on the news but soon covered up by Kingdom, thus Phoenix is recruited to VALORANT. About Chamber, rather fighting against himself from Earth 2 like the other agents, he worked with himself against Kingdom in both Earths. Together they destroyed the same research lab belongs to Kingdom from 2 Earths and cause a portal between 2 worlds and its called Fracture, a playable map in the game and also the newest. This incident led to the deaths of many scientists and heavy property damage to Kingdom but Chamber refuses being the culprit (the funny part is that he doesn't even make it convincing). About Kay/O, he is neither from Earth 1 nor 2, he is from Earth 3 and has close connections to non-Radiant agents, especially Brim and Sova. In this Earth, X-Men stuff happens. After the Venice incident, people reacted to Radiants in a more agressive way, they began seeing Radiants as threats and dangerous individuals. Sick of this discrimination, Reyna, who is Magneto of this war, thinks that Radiants are the new era of mankind, she lead a big group of Radiants and started a war. VALORANT agents that are comrades in other world, became enemies in this world. Kingdom created Kay/O, in order to fight against Radiants. Kay/O managed to kill "the Queen" (thats how he calls Reyna) but sacrifices are inevitable, many of his comrades died. After that, since this Earth is unstable, a portal opened and he was dragged to Earth 1, reunited with his comrades and former enemies, he fights for the cause of Earth 1 and hopes to find a way to go home. I think that is it, based on my knowledge, if u guys know more, i hope u guys would share it to me.

well there is a lot of agent backstories but if we covered that it would take hours. ( Prob an overstatement but it's would still be very long). We still do not understand why earth 2( attackers) are attacking earth 1 ( defense) tho, but it is speculated that as he said, they ran out of radianite. There is still a lot of mysteries. So imma break down the new lores. Ok, valorant wants to go to earth 2, but they need a power source. Ofc this is where neon comes in.Chamber knew neon , and something happened between them. We still don't know what happened tho. With the help of killjoy, they created a portal to earth 2. And that's where the lore ends. But there is some other things that may be important. Chamber... let's just say he has his own plans. Viper and brim knows hes planning something,but they need him for the project ( the portal project ), so they can't really do anything about this. Reyna is trying to corrupt neon, as she thinks that radiants would be the future, her voiceline. I think chamber is helping her too, for some odd reasons. Chamber also told brim to take off one of neons suit thingy and control her electricity? But neon said that taking her suit thingy that controls her electricity will blow up half of their headquarters. As I said, chamber intentions are unknown. Yoru rework is another story so you could check that out in KZbin if you want to. Well there's also another secret organization so yay!! And idk if this is relevant but they are having another project( I'm not sure about this tho), revealed by phoenix but he said he is taking a break??Well sova and cypher is still trying to track down the secret organization tho. So ye that's about it. We still have to wait for act 3 to get the new map tho.

Ok let me rephrase some of the parts I said . Chamber told brim, that the mechanic was just being overcautious and told to take off one of the electric circuit or some sorts. The circuit ( I forgot what it's called) controls her electricity. Neon said that if he takes off even one circuit half of the headquarters will go boom boom. So yeah. Viper is following chamber tho, so that's a plus. Chamber is cooperative with his earth 2 counterpart. And I do think pheonix's voice message to brim is strange. I just don't know what it does to the lore. And again, chamber is up to no good.

The whole "Parallel universes" lore thing for Valorant is pretty fire, most games don't ever bother explaining why two people in different teams can pick the same character and kill each other, and I get why, it's really not needed at all, but the fact that Riot decided to explain it here and make it a key part of the story, it opens for many cool details in the maps you play in, and the different character interactions. It makes it a lot more fun

quick lore recap: agents with supernatural powers are radiants. they came in contact with radianite at some point and got their powers. Earth is in war with itself because Earth 2 is trying to steal Earth 1's radianite. Kayo is from the future and was Brim's best friend until he died in action (as a soldier) so they made him a robo body. Reyna has a little sister that died at some point (and she blames killjoy for it) Chamber is a weapon's salesman who is the only agent to ever work peacefully with his Earth 2 double (he got rich from selling guns to both Earths so thats why he always dressed nicely). Cypher lost his family so he asking Sage to revive them. Omen was a human but something bad happen and sage res worked halfway so he kinda a zombie. Phoenix burned his college down the day he got his powers on accident ( prob got his masters degree for burning it). Jett caused a hurricane in the city she was working. Neon just fast as f. Yoru is very toxic (no joke). Viper is pyscho. Raze just wants to explode stuff and kinda vibes a lot. Sova came in contact with his Earth 2 self while on a recon mission and he apparently let his Earth 2 double live (he the only person to go through a rift).

basically in the valorant universe theres a material called radianite a powerful material which is basically condensed energy . on an event called ignition there was an accident in a facility that manages radianite distribution . the facility ,(kingdom) had alot of leaking ionized radianite which ended up not only creating radiants aka people with superpowers but also had enough energy to create a rift through another universe . in the other universe there is almost no energy and a severe lack of radianite but has immensely advanced technology. the two worlds first agree to share their raidianite but chamber and his clone from the second earth are weapons dealers and decide to sabotage the facility that distributes radianite across different worlds while making it look like the other world did it . he does this so the other worlds go to war and chamber can profit over the war. so the world with almost no radianite aka the attackers attempts to steal all the radianite meanwhile the the defenders try to protect their radianite to prevent there world from becoming a desolate , energy less planet

Valorant has DEEP lore, just gotta dig for it So something happened called the ‘bright flash’ or whatever, that put radiante in earth, and also causing the ‘mirrorverse’, which is the second world. The reason why Omen is so dark is because it is speculated that either Omen was a human but he was in the center of the flash event and got torn apart, so when Sage tried to revive him, fragments of him were left, and he lost his memory. The second theory is that Viper tried to experiment on him, and that’s why one of the voice lines of Viper in the game is ‘Sage, don’t fail us now like how you failed me then.’ Because Sage failed to revive Omen, Viper’s friend. Valorant Protocol is Alpha’s Valorant But the other world, Omega, is Valorant Liegon. Alpha is secret, Omega, everyone knows And also, Yoru rips through dimensional rifts, so yeah And another also, Chamber is actually a super big villain. He and his Omega Double blew up a reactor with their ‘tour de Force’ (their snipers) and caused a huge event. The only way chamber was allowed to join the protocol and legion was because both sides rescued their sides brimstone, and brimstone is the commander for both

if you where wondering where their abilities came from, most of them where either born with them like Yoru, Jett, sage, Phoenix, Astra, Neon, and Skye. There are also people that gain there abilities from technology like Sova, Raze, Kay-o, Cypher, Killjoy, Breach, Brimstone, Chamber, and Viper. There are also handful of people that get their abilities later on via an accident or coincidence like Reyna and Omen

there are 4 types of agents: controllers, initiators, duelists, and sentinels Controllers like Astra and Omen, often control aspects of the game or controls how people play Initiators like Sova and Kay-o start the battle with a scan or debuff Duelists like Reyna and Neon, thrive in fights through movement, debuffs, or survivability Sentinels like Killjoy and Sage, are the support for healing or gathering information

Actually initiators are usually the ones who initiate fight using gathered information. Sentinels are usually the ones able to completely lock down sites making it difficult to entry

Intense Chamber lore coming up: I know I am a month late and you might have figured this out but in lore chamber works with himself between worlds and frees brimstone and viper from a separate dimension that they got trapped in on a mission, that both chambers only have access to. He doesn't have like fire or air powers, but his abilities are guns that are made from radianite gold that he put in his head (explaining the gold lines) showing why he can summon a pistol, sniper, teleport things, and alarmbots. (All of these are from radianite gold)

31:52 those people aren't the players, its the people in-lore that each character is trying to "protect" or is somehow linked with the backstory. The chick with Brimstone (atlas guy) was a coworker back when he was a firefighter for the Baltimore fire department before he became leader of Kingdom and then Valorant (the company). The guy in sage's flashback is supposed to be her brother or her friend, or possibly the guy who BECOMES Omen during the lore, back when she couldn't control her healing powers. Her ultimate ability is to resurrect a teammate, but her first attempt failed and created Omen. In Pheonix's segment, it represents his fear and apprehension towards using his power, and that the one "fire clone" who didn't dissipate shows how his anger and emotions can corrupt his powers. Him passing off the energy ball represents him 'passing the torch' to the next radiant after him. (Rumored to be a classmate of his in the business school he burnt down)

Phoenix cannot revive himself, but when he uses his ultimate it creates like a spot on the ground, and there is a timer to when you get teleported back to it. While the timer is going, you can play like normal, but if you die or the timer runs out, you get teleported back there. So he basically creates a clone of himself.

It's a revive btw lol. He doesn't make a clone he simply activates this ability to be risen from death, hence why he has the name "Phoenix" as the mythological creature has the ability to revive from it's ashes. I can see where the confusion comes from though.

There will never be agent skins, because the game realise to much on knowing who your up against and what there abilities do so skins will never work as that would make the gamer to confusing as it is still a tactical shoot after all.

An explanation of the events in this game. There are two Earths with alternate realities, Earth A has their radianite, a power source that is being used immensely with the new company Kingdom. Earth B has overused its radianite, and now has to raid Earth A of their radianite using the Spike that drains radianite. Both Earths A and B have the same exact people, which is why there are two Phoenixes, two Vipers, etc.. While every agent is hostile to its copy, Chamber is fully aware of his copy and works cooperatively with his copy, which is why there are two chambers together in his trailer.

They don't really have a proper animation for Cypher, however he is a character from Morocco, he spies and traps enemies using his cameras and tripwires, cages etc. The map bind which was the desert looking one in one of the cinematics is in Morocco and is considered his hometown.
