The actual voicelines is: "Guess we know who's really on top, do we?" It very specifically gets triggered whenever an enemy Roadhog has hooked Junkrat but Junkrat manages to solo-kill the Roadhog and avoids getting killed by him. I've heard it many times, always solely under those circumstances. It's quite an ambiguous line, although I struggle to find a logical not-naughty context for it. But surely Blizzard wouldn't do a kink sex joke? They made Overwatch so sanitized and PG-rated, no blood, big-eyed kids getting saved by the Heroes... I know I once called Junkrat and Roadhog "the adorably crazy, manic Australian twink and his Big Daddy", but that was a joke! Not that I would complain, mind, if Blizzard went there, I just doubt it, because all the other characters are so straightlaced. Roadhog wouldn't be anything but a top. But he is 2.20m tall and weights 550 pounds according to his bio, while Junkrat is skinny like a rail. That would be like a hippo trying to get carnal with a gazelle. At some point things just become impractical.

The "V for Vendetta" music is Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture. It was written to commemorate the Battle of Borodino when Napoleon invaded Russia. The original piece was written with the intentional use of cannons, which might explain its use in the movie and the reference by Junk Rat.

Carlos Emilio Avila Olivera The whole nursery rhyme goes like this: "Remember, remember, the 5th of November The Gunpowder Treason and Plot For I see no reason, why the Gunpowder Treason should ever be forgot." It's an actual rhyme, referring to an actual event in London in 1605 when a group, including Guy Fawkes, planned to blow up the Parliament Building with kegs of gunpowder (hence the name). Mr. Fawkes was supposedly the poor soul guarding the kegs when the plot was discovered, and his likeness has been forever associated with the event (including V's mask). I don't live in England so I don't know the popularity of the mask before the movie, but the mask is sure as hell popular now. The movie made reference to the event probably because both are underground resistance movements planning on violently overthrowing a central government that they perceived as oppressive. V chose to use explosives for their effectiveness and as a direct homage to the event. Junk Rat, however, is probably only making reference to the event because of involvement of explodey things.

And now I'm wondering if I can use the Shadowrun (Cyberpunk) RPG system to build a physical adept to approximate Junkrat. Explosion damage resistance is easy, but there's no psionic ability that allows you to conjure blastmines and beartraps out of thin air. ;-) Those Overwatch Heroes have some serious Hammerspace abilities.

5:06 more accurately, that's the tune from Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture. They did play it in V for Vendetta, but what's really notable about it is that it's performed with cannons onstage that go off in time during the grand finale. Nowadays most conductors don't include the cannons (since who can afford working old-fashion cannons for one song), but you can find some performances where they do it properly. Gets used a lot in movies, actually, it's one of those classical pieces everybody's heard but no one knows the name of. It makes sense that such a piece would appeal to Junkrat's love of explosions.
