I was a healbot Moira , outhealing EVERYONE on both teams and STILL losing. No one ever blamed me , and when 8 look back , it could’ve been my fault . About five months ago, I readjusted my play style , and went full dps Moira in QPto get a feel . I reeled it back and found the sweet spot. In Masters now.

That sounds similar to what I went through playing her. Once you find the right balance, it shows in your rank. I'll say that she gets tougher to play the higher you go because, as I said in the video, she only heals and damages while other supports have other things they can do to help the team.

I'm a GM moira and this is a good way to put it. I like to say, Moira's biggest strength is attention. Sure she is survivable, heals a lot and damages but most of the time you cannot always get too many kills, you goal should be to take attention when you can, by damaging, by applying pressure by taking an off angle etc. This separates her from the other supports. Any bap can do everything moira can and better, moira's strength comes from her ability to play a syupport as well as an opportune assasin pressure character

So true! Exactly how I play my Moira! Fluttering in and out and only applying heals when its needed. Unlike other supports Moira is more a tempo control support. She can punish those aggressive approaches or aide in a defensive stand at a choke. Therrs way too many Moiras who are very selfish and predictable with fade and orb that they tend to fall short which then creates this stigma that Moira is somehow weak with the excuse that she doesn't have utility. But she can pack a punch all the same and really change fights around with ease much easier than other supports. Preach brother!....um sister? Idk. I just know we both play Moira on support.😊

Moira is weak, but only in comparison to most of the other supports. Thankfully, all the supports in this game are pretty busted, so even being one of the weaker ones still makes Moira a pretty damn good character.

Don't completely ignore them but add in damage every so often as an "indirect" method of utility. By adding that pressure you make flankers and support sometimes even tanks second guess themselves if they should hold that current position or move. This is what Moira can bring to the table with her vast amounts of AOE at her disposal.

My only problem is that most Moira players tend to overextended and tend to die in situations they definitely should’ve lived and it comes from chasing eliminations. Yea 32 eliminations look nice but the 15 deaths cost the game. Supports in general should die the least but Moira with her mobility should not have 15 deaths even in long games. As a LW I don’t like Moira on the team because most of the time they expect me to heal bot more than I already am and when I just tell them to stop overextending they just tell me to looks at the scoreboard (classic Moira player line)

Yeah, Moira definitely attracts those types of players (over extenders and the scoreboard obsessed). There are good Moira's out there though!

She was my first support. I feel she is a difficult player to play for beginners. However, once you know how to use her ability watch out!!!!❤❤❤❤ She does more damage than dps or the tank and those are the ones who complain the most. Also, if there is a Genji definitely use moira ❤❤ Love the video thank you
