chipsa is better because he's more strategic and a punch bot. quake goes for crazy bounces and huge slams. different styles, chipsa's is more successful why he is always a higher rank

how to counter widow. shields. and heroes that do damage from behind them. winston is awesome against widow, if youre decent with him. shield blocks sightline to your team, and he has enough mobility to harrass most widows. ana can mess with a widow. another widow. hanzo, ashe. theres plenty of answers. but youre too stuck one tricking doom, to see another answer.
