@@ELI-521 It is unfair because of this: 1. The 16-countries-formed groups were from draws, and the final brackets were created without knowing which countries go to which group. It was already chance that this un-balanced bracket could happen in the original idea. It showed from the beginning Blizzard wasn't even thinking about consider strength in the match ups. 2. Once the group is formed, Blizzard wanted to favor US by giving them a free run to Grand finals, but based on original bracket they would need to face China in semi, so they changed the bracket to move China to top half of the bracket 3. they just did it a little bit too fast and was assuming USA was gonna win KSA, but USA shit the bed, and that's how the drama played out and we ended up with a bracket like this where USA could just be knocked out of quarters easily.

My hard cope take on why South Korea struggled against Finland is that they didn't have much practice and scrim with the Sigma comp compared to Finland. That is why I think South Korea struggled but you have to give props to Finland though, they played amazingly well. But I think South Korea will most likely come back stronger than what they showed against Finland.

It is because of the game not available in China and technically ppl in China does not have the official representation - as the game does not have a legal license in China anymore. In my opinion the USA loss to KSA is over played. Mostly because they were 1 fight from winning map one and relatively competitive in map 2 even playing worse than there "normal level". Plus I believe KSA is top 4 or 5 in world cup. With the Super buff they hopefully play china in a close map 5 banger.
