I actually thought that state lacked depth/complexity compared to his earlier productions, like after hours for instance. Hopefully this album delivers.

@@StuartFerguson55 yeah I felt that too. Nth degree and the singles before (house, 12:30) were peak era overwerk. But conquer was pretty good too imo. I liked the interlude bits in state a lot, but without knowing his previous work a lot of state is underappreciated. Here's hoping we see more of all that

@@spoopskeletal2873 I defo know what youse are talking about. Im sure we all got captivated by overwerk and titles like Contact or Daybreak... We all noticed the transition to something that some might even say literally ´pales´ in comparison to his old work, however, this Vessel preview does have an old ring to it, perhaps something some of us have been seeking for a while now? Whatever it may be, I personally have learned to love everything that Overwerk puts out and I listen to it on repeat, I guess its just my type of style, haha :)
