Kugoo G Booster (Honghao S12) Best DIY Suspension MOD

In this video I want to show you the best modification for the suspension of the Kugoo G Booster / Honghao S12 scooter
The project is developed over a period of 2 years and has gone through many design and testing phases.
If you want to make these changes as well, READ and follow the instructions in the video precisely and everything will be ok.

Elastomer sticks can be ordered online. Be careful what you order. Many times "cheaper" does not mean better.
For each suspension you need a whole stick.
Example: www.aliexpress.com/item/40001...
Choose sticks with different hardnesses correlated with your weight.. Example: If you choose a red stick for the back, then choose a yellow stick for the front....
You can find the conversion kit at my place and it includes the 4 pieces you see in the video.
For gluing, use the adhesives from the video. They are tested by me and give the best results.
My recommendation is to make the modification for both suspensions at the same time for the best result.
Yes...You can modify only the rear suspension, but DO NOT modify only the rear suspension because you will have a scooter that leans a lot towards the back due to the difference in suspension.

отличная работа парень! уважаю такие переделки) у нас в городе таким не хотят заниматься, ничего не стачивают как ты эти квадратные кромки на оси, только в редких сервисах берут огромные суммы чтобы заменить эластомерный куб, чаще его не разбирая целиком меняют по стоимости нового мотора от kugoo m4 pro... желаю новых идей и успехов!))

Thank you for the appreciation.. I also had the elastomer cube you are talking about. You can also find it in one of my videos.. I did not like it at all. Very rigid. With this mode you have the possibility to choose your stiffness according to your weight. Plus the repair costs drop a lot.

One thing to note. My original front axle was at least 1mm thicker than the back one. I was grinding it for almost an hour to be able to fit it inside the converter. My back shock absorber was not the original, and it was much easier to fit.

I don't think this is the reason. probably it's about the manufacturing batch and bad quality control. I also had differences between the front suspension and the rear suspension, but not really that big, and mine are the suspensions with which the scooter was equipped from the factory.
