@@austinward1543 I have not done any trails that connect with the Grand Canyon. I do hikes at Lake Mead and that connects with the Colorado River and the Colorado River obviously goes through the Grand Canyon. But that pretty much sums it up no actual trails that connects.

Yeah I know things are a little weird right now and I'm glad I was at least able to take you away for a little bit. This trail is super easy but extremely cool once you reach the slot Canyon. I just did this one for the first time a couple weeks ago. Nice little trail. I did it as a loop by climbing up to the old road above the 2 pipes, making a right, then continuing down into the next slot canyon about 2500 ft from there. The out and back is the best of it though.

Yes It's really neat slot Canyon and I could see them filming some kind of movie there. Yeah I'm trying to be more informative on my hiking videos to help people. The one good thing about me getting temporarily laid off right now is the free time I have to reexplore some of my local hiking trails.

Yes a super scenic slot canyon! They say the best time to see the owls is early Spring but I did not see any this time. I think maybe I've seen owls there like once or twice but that was about it. Yeah I definitely wouldn't wanna climb up the fallen rocks but it has stood the test of time so it must be safe somewhat lol. Yes I'm doing fine and I hope you are doing well as well. Yeah Hole 33 where the parking area for Owl Canyon is is completely dry. No fishing but you are not far from everywhere else in Lake Mead. Thank you so much for watching!

Well you go downhill and then you go straight for a little bit and then the trail goes sharp left. It's very well-maintained now so you won't get lost.

Oh yes! Late Fall and Winter are the best times to hike here at Lake Mead. The summer is actually dangerously hot here, so you don't want to come here during that time. Thanks for watching!

If you're talking about the first drain tunnel, it's probably slightly under a mile.
