I turned 25 this year and sometimes feel like I'm not a "real" adult. I tend to go into spirals of low self-esteem and feeling like I'm behind in life. I have finally been able to find ways to express myself through creative outlets, life style changes, and being able to form meaningful relationships with others. It's so difficult to stay out of my own head but everything that you have said is so refreshing and it serves as a reminder to continue the work that I have done. Healing is hard but having the curiosity for life makes the journey incredible. I stumbled on this video and found it amazing.
