I know this is old but I cried like a baby watching this. I can so relate to the younger girl and relationships with women. All my life I've desired authentic, loving , trustworthy relationships with women and often got the opposite and ended up being hurt and betrayed. It made me aloof which comes off as anti-social but in reality, I just don't want to be hurt.

It's really sad when something like that happens to you and it's okay to want to be empowered and exude empowerment to other women, but I've really never cared to be around a bunch of women, including my only family because I'm a firm believer in protecting my space, peace and soul from foolishness.

This is good. Glory to God for his love. A lot of women have suffered for us to have opportunities in life as long as we put in the work. To all my fellow black sisters, we need to be graceful with each other. Those who get it, do it. Those who do not receive it, it’s okay, you’re giving someone something they probably don’t experience

Just visited their IG, not sure what happened but this brand is still not clear on what it is or the problem it solves. I hope the internal team isn’t riddled with conflict. Wishing much abundance & love to each of these ladies.

Well, remember what Iyanla said. What if the only reason they came together as a group was so that they can help the woman whose husband was going to die due to brain cancer. They all said if that had been the reason, then it was worth it.

In the times we live in, this healing and wisdom are essential. We need our elders to step forward, offering guidance and love. It's time to revive the days of the "village" - they are both needed and necessary

Iyanya. Please continue what you are doing. It is powerful. I'm glued and can't get enough. Plenty people are hurting. They need more of Iyanla's counselling and positive energy.

I believe that this is breaking the yoke and allowing her to feel the heartache and pain and God is using Iyanla to give her strength.

Saving this to my “subconscious training” playlist! My soul needed this desperately. “Suffer or trust me” is a tool I’ll use to hold myself accountable from this day forward

I felt her pain when she allowed the women around her support her in through her darkest fear of losing her husband. I hide my pain and fears too. Even from those I love.

I came here to laugh at the meme @ 23:58 thinking this was a 'bad girls club' type of tv show & i ended up crying, healed and enlightened. I really admire Lyanla, especially during the trust me segment starting 32:40 the way she was able to see how the lady was closed off, trying to let go but holding back before finally allowing herself to open up was beautiful

This episode is so powerful! When I look at this I think about Atlanta Housewives and I am so disappointed in those beautiful, strong, intelligent Black Women always at each other’s throats. I think they need to watch this episode and hopefully it would help them become better and respect each other more. This episode was beautiful!

This programme is incredible. We don't have this in the UK. I've seen the "not on my watch" clip a million times on the internet never knowing what it was from. Now I've just spent the last 5 hours watching this programme. Iyanla is an incredible human being. Truly inspiring ❤️

I have watched her since Oprah from Jerry Springer days. You probably only had terrestrial tv. Your statement was very adament. You should speak for yourself and not the U.K as it is vast and not all households are the same
