I have 5 brothers and one sister and everyone is so different and we grew up in the same house. I have 3 children and again they are all different growing up in the same house. For those not understanding the taxes issue: the service was presented as FREE initially. Then without knowledge it seems, Akil started doing them and then finished the service by charging for it. But not only that, he already took the money from the return. I don’t care if he got $1 million more. The agreement was the service would be free. And then it changed. The sister could really sue him for the service fee he took because the agreement was not between them

Akil tries to make light of his disrespectful antics and disposition because HE FEELS socially & intellectually challenged. I really like his Aunt and his sister. I think his sister came off so hard because she didn’t like the way Alexis family was treating her brother and I get it. Akil seems like a decent guy who is a little rough around the edges but the fact that he apologized to her mom and is willing to do the work to make it works speaks volumes about his character. Alexis disposition towards Akil seems to shift when her family is around. Just my opinion, I do pray they are able to work everything out.

Maybe I’m hearing something different than everyone else because Alexis said her sister asked if SHE would do her taxes and she said yes she would for free. Alexis then took it to him to see if she could get more for her did not disclose to her sister that she did so and he would charge a fee and took the 500 without communicating that she had her man do them instead. That’s sneaky and to most would be considered stealing and if it wasn’t in the realm of that then why did no one feel that telling the sister it would be a charge because HE charges for what he does and she passed it over to him would be the right thing to do. It looks sneaky and is a hustler mentality I’m sure Alexis was in on it because no way you tell your sister one thing and then allow your man to steal her money. I’m sure she told him she was doing it for free and if she didn’t she should’ve also had a problem with him pocketing her sisters money then

He sent her an invoice before he sent the taxes off and plus he did it under his business license. The sister could of said something then when the invoice came but she didnt. The sister made off more by letting him doing it, the sister feels entitled and wanted a free service .
