I purchased this Infiniti FX50S back in March of 2021 for $12,500 with 126k miles. The vehicle was sold to me with a small power steering / transmission fluid leak that I did not know about until I drove the vehicle 1,200 miles home from Kentucky to Arizona. Fortunately it wasn't a problem until I arrived in Arizona. There was also an EVAP leak that actually was not the gas cap. I had to use 02 foulers to pass inspection because the catalytic converters were throwing a CEL and at the time, CATs were on national backorder with no estimated in-stock date. The CEL was intermittent for a few months but has not come on in over a year.
Back in spring of 2021, the power steering pressure hose was manufactured discontinued so the dealership sent it off to get "repaired". That eventually failed again in October 2022, but at this point, the manufacturer has now re-issued the part. Sounds like a lot of global failures probably caused the re-issue. At the time of this update, there is still easily $1,500 - $2,500 (independent and dealer rates) repairs that should be done. The steering rack has a question mark on it, and the power steering pump, rear subframe suspension components, and at home, I should probably redo the brakes.
This video goes over most of the things I have either had to repair or I have bought to enhance the vehicle cosmetically in some way.
For the most part, the feedback on this platform is great.
The other front bumper removal video I used before making this video:
