I think its a prime example how old money becomes broke money. He probably had like 100k when he built this house but as he got older his generation wealth that he built went away so he didn't have the money that he had in the 40s 50s 60s

I know it has a sorted past, but it just seemed overall like a dark place maybe it's just me but was interesting to see at any rate. Thank you!

What happens when no one comes forward to claim or want any interest? I would love to buy this . There has been a few you have done that was so beautiful I was like ready to pack and move immediately! Lol your definitely one of the best narrator’s of these abandoned houses . You show emotion and passion !
@Vet76manАй бұрын
So where is this and what was the man’s name? Byw- the closets show some dresses and there are feminine items everywhere so there was a woman living there. Other than that your narrative is very speculative and not from a senior citizen’s viewpoint.
@silent.hills.explorationsАй бұрын
This location is in France, but unfortunately, I cannot disclose the name in order to protect the location. I usually do my research on the properties after I explore them, so that is why I might be saying different things. I really have to do some research beforehand. Thanks for watching!

Urban explorers very rarely say where these places are for obvious reasons
@kb94596Ай бұрын
Judging by the French language papers, Ontario or Quebec? is that why no Kaizer present? They sure don't build houses like this any longer.
@Lee.l-p6vАй бұрын
I have to disagree with you this Explorer doesn't travel to Canada. It wouldn't be worth their while, just saying. But if you also look there's a chair lift outside, there's no way that would survive any kind of winter in Canada. In Europe maybe but definitely not Canada. Oh, and the gentleman also shows you a picture of a car that's in front of the house with European plates so it's definitely not in Canada.
@Lee.l-p6vАй бұрын
I do like your exploration. The only thing I have to disagree with is you narrate that the guy was murdered then he was handicapped but then as you're talking through it he was hard-working. You don't know if he had family but at the beginning you were saying he was married and had children like the whole story doesn't even add up. Don't get me wrong. I like the house, but your story doesn't make any sense.

@silent.hills.explorationsАй бұрын
@@Lee.l-p6v He was handicapped since he was an older gentleman. I usually do my research on the properties after I leave, so that is why I might say different things during the video, and during the intro.

It's been trashed for sure. It mite of been his elderly parents living there to. Or the wife who was disabled. So that's why they left . I really feel people have taken stuff out of there,and trashed the place. I think that place use to look really lovely. But we have these people who don't live life loving things or people. They just want to rough the place up because that's the nasty sort of attitudes they process on earth. No respect even when dead.
@lisanowakow3688Ай бұрын
Badger, not skunk. I think he/she needed help so they converted the top floor for the live in help.

you misted the room you cant see
@Lee.l-p6vАй бұрын
What? I don't understand is you're constantly assuming that it was the gentleman that was handicapped or elderly. So you're always saying he must have not have. And 90% of the rooms were probably used at one time. Not necessarily for storage but you looks like it was vandalized by a lot of people over time. And yes, the home is in rough shape because it's been left for so long to nature as well as intruders. I really have a hard time with this one. Sorry dude.
@denisesmith2745Ай бұрын
Wow… you’re harsh
@silent.hills.explorationsАй бұрын
I wasnt assuming that he was elderly and handicapped, I knew he was from the start, that is why I mentioned that. You might be right with the other rooms though, as vandals may have rummaged through them a little. I have seen in other instances where owners will have some very unorganized rooms just because they dont need the extra space.

The sad part of all of this and other abandoned properties isn't the furniture or knick knacks, it's the family pictures that are scattered. Those you can't replace and generations of people are lost. No more pictures of your family
