Honestly, I don't think any chef in the world other than Gordon Ramsay could confidently say it's 10 out of 10 and have anyone believe it. 😅 I bet even if I ate food that I don't like of his I would still know it's delicious just not for me.

The olive oil is a cultural thing.. Like in Syria, they pour olive oil on dishes. Same in Italy, there's a lot of oil that goes on everything... Gordon Ramsey should take the cultural aspect into cosideration..
