The reno was not 60K that was the cost of the house plus reno. 10-15K profit is pretty good. The road is awful and it is only a 2 up 2 down.

Yes, but if it was in a better location, it would be 10 times the price. Yes, it'll sell higher in London, but they wouldn't have gotten the house for 36k if it was, lol.

@@thehungrygoldfish There are other things that factor in 'location'. High crime versus low, view property, educational quality of schools, strip joints, and a bunch of other things factor in.

It’s just a 24k renovation. The purchase price was 36k!!!! IT IS NOT A 60K renovation!!!!!
