You are a machine with your videos. Good work. It really is hard to move your brain into the concept that a large percent of your money should be going into Bitcoin. The older you are the harder I would think. I’m 59 and I pulled the trigger but I literally can’t move anyone my age to even move 2 percent in. They don’t do the due diligence. My kids are in because I put them in and they trust me. So I guess I have done what I can do for now. At a later date charities will benefit if we achieve what we think.

I want to thank you for your videos! 5 years ago my wife and i had a plan to invest in real estate. As time went on, I started doing my research and asking the right questions to the right people. I then started questions money and what is money. That is when i found BTC. Fast forward to this the past Friday, I get a call, and it's a realitor that I've worked with giving me a heads up on a property coming on the market but wanted to know if I wanted it. Hello back in Agust 2023 my friend decided to buy an apartment house. I have tryout and convince him to buy btc. But he went and bought the house for 200k. Back then btc was trading around 30k. He would have 6.666 btc. By the way, this is happening in Turkey. Right now, real estate in Turkey is dead cause banks are offering 50 % annual interest for the money deposit accts. Right now, he would buy the same house for 2 / 2.5 btc. More less I have considered myself very lucky to be able to understand bitcoin also very lucky to come a cross great people like Rajat and a few others on KZbin.

You should make a video on emergency savings in bitcoin. Since an emergency fund needs liquidity in fiat: My idea is to pick a price that you expect BTC will fall to in a bear market(I.e 50% drop from price at purchase) and save the BTC equivalent at that valuation in fiat. This way, even in a bear market your emergency savings stay safe for when you need them.

The problem with having an “emergency fund” in bitcoin is if an emergency happens you’ll have to spend your coin. We know where bitcoin is going. Why risk having to spend it so early In our bitcoin journey? The way I currently built my emergency fund and bitcoin stash was adding the same amount to both monthly which was about 700 dollars. Once I hit my goal in my emergency found I started adding less to my emergency fund and way more to bitcoin.

So if my emergency fund is say, 20k, is it better to have it in fiat losing value or to put it in bitcoin at a "pretend" basis cost that is 50 or so percent lower than market. Houses would have to be dirt cheap for me to consider parting with any BTC. Honestly, renting is the smart play until real estate falls to its utility value. Even then, it my not be smart to buy, with the political and economic outlook uncertain - government or the mob could could end up seizing your property. If you had a lease you could simply walk away, or run, if need be - these are dangerous, uncertain times - F owning real estate.

When you think of countries with actual hyperinflation. As soon as people get money, they either use it or trade it for USD because their local currency will be worth half by the next day. It’s the same. There is technically unlimited money supply in all fiat currency. Gold can only be valued at how much it costs to mine and gold. Houses can only be valued at how much it cost to build a house. Bitcoin is finite. Land will always go up in cost. There is only so much useful land. Plus government zoning and regulations.

What about owning bitcoin spot ETFs? Will they hold the same value over time compared to actually holding Satoshis? Are they one and the same when buying? Or another way to put it: 10k in buying actual bitcoin = to 10k in a bitcoin spot etf in the long run? I’m genuinely curious!

They'll hold the same price, but they don't have all of the same benefits. For example, if the company's holding the ETFs for you go bankrupt you lose your Bitcoin.

How to buy BTC in India? Indian apps are not trustworthy enough. Lack of govt regulation; They don't allow you to transfer your BTC to any other wallets. International apps, like binance - you can't add fund that easily; you have to use p2p which might lead to illegal money flowing into your account. Has anyone figured this out?
