In my own assessment Betty is competent in the marketing and sales platforms. However in this particular video, she is over excited and failed to pin the key details that lux diplomats would be looking for. It is therefore advised to ask fewer key questions and listen more. This tactic requires a level of sobriety and critical analysis of every detail given by the developer hence the opportunity to interject on his down pins. This interview has not fulfilled the exquisite quality point
@HullioGQ3 жыл бұрын
I consider this to be an informercial rather than a non-biased interview. I think the interviewer did it justice by her constant state of amazement. The content of the video was surely enough to make up for the lack of depth in questioning... Now, fill out the contact form on the website to be thoroughly sold!

Betty don’t be too giddy and take away from letting the apartment/developer show itself. Remember you’re bringing your audience in to make their own observations but not necessarily warm up to your excitement. Otherwise, beautiful apartment, good investment, but probably pricey. That’s for a well versed investor but for someone growing wealth, you could buy 3 apartments for the price of one of these with the same or classier amenities. But I love it, & the concept too.
@ruthnjoroge23462 жыл бұрын
You may purchase 3 apartments elsewhere, but quite honestly i haven't seen any other apartment of this standard in Nairobi. Example: closed garage, valet parking, work space, restaurants & shops on bottom floor, 24/7 concierge desk. I think it's more classy and high end than other apartments. Which aparment did you mention has classier amenities than this? Please let us know so we can explore options.
@goodheartedgal80012 жыл бұрын
@@ruthnjoroge2346 depends if you have an investor mentality or you’re coming in as a retail buyer. I’m thinking as an investor; I already have a 6 bedroom house I built that I’m content with. I’m now looking to buy apartments as investment vehicles, besides other interests I have.
@ruthnjoroge23462 жыл бұрын
@@goodheartedgal8001 It makes alot of sense. I know Kilimani/Kileleshwa have low prices, those are more basic in terms of amenities but also nice for investment as you say. 88 is a good buy for those interested to stay for few months. I think it's just a different standard and at this point it appears like it's only them that have this time of apartment.

Good modern concept, well thought out, high quality apartment with great finishings for a single person, an investor or for a company Executive who is on a short term contract in Nairobi. Love that the apartment block will have green space and a tree. Not suitable for a family and family can’t stay with you unless you rent the down stairs apartment -extra expenses. No mention of the price except the down payment. The presenter was off putting excitable like a kid in a candy shop, she kept interrupting and was not very professional. Maybe when the building is nearing completion you will be able to hire a professional presenter to advertise this beautiful building.
