These videos really want me to try druid in vanilla again, but... how much of this is only possible because of specific, hard-to-acquire gear? Like, were you able to do this kind of stuff while leveling or during prior phases (fresh 60, MC, BWL, etc)? Or is the damage only there because of feral ap weapons and invincibility in bear only due to bonus-armor gear? Feeling like it might just be a safer bet to play rogue lol

i was still pretty powerful during proper phasing, i was city ganking in every phase with similar results. definitely not as strong as i am at full bis with naxx / AQ gear. Gearing feral druid is one of the more challenging classes in the current state of the game i would say. to be full bis you need to go rank 13, just no other option. the 15% move speed from the set is too good. The raid gear is easier to get, not a lot of people want the feral AP mace from grobbulus anymore for example. I would say its difficult but not impossible to acquire the same gear as me, minus atiesh that was just dumb luck. Its all worth it. Rogue is great but theres no gameplay like full bis feral

there are a ton of people leveling right now and just enjoying the game, at all sorts of gear levels at 60 as well. Theres lots of bots not gonna lie. but all they do is drive down the costs of mana potions for the most part lol
