@@KevinTalbotTV DDE is a millionaire, Stradman is boring as hell, SOL has had many epic cars there's only SO MUCH you can do, and owning attainable cars is just as relevant as the odd super car. On top of which there are 100 channels pumping out the exact same thing with the same cars it's saturated.

Start with the exhaust and valve controller. Be careful which one you go with, a lot of them are raspy as hell. A lot of people drop out the GPF but for a daily I wouldn’t and haven’t on mine. You can just cut out the central box for some more sound and bang the Miltek valve controller on there or go for the system. I’m not sure which way SOL will go with this content but seen as though it ain’t a super car I’d be interested to see what the best route would be to make a modified fast daily G80 and not spending crazy money on a 1100bhp 1/4 mile beast.

It’s still a 60litre tank though. 300-350miles should easily achievable. Idling, traffic kills it though. Enjoy the roads around the beacon.

Yes you’re right. My previous C63S had a 66 litre tank and it makes a noticeable difference. My A35 has the 50 litre tank 😂😂

I own the m4 LCI, and I have the “comfort” seats and I don’t consider them either comfortable or supportive (even with the side bolstering as tight as it will go). Especially compared to the M2 Comp I used to own. I think I’d much rather have the carbon seats.

I don't think the tank is smaller, it's just a heavier car with more power? F82 was better on economy if that bothers you but it was far less refined. You have to rev the nuts of the G80 platform to get the power... less fuel! Great daily cars. I also wish they had developed the DCT to make it more like a PDK...

Mine was £500 flat for a ghost Ii five years ago never given a hint of trouble either just sits and does it's job. Worth the money for the Peace of mind knowing your car has additional safe guards

I also did the trip to France after Xmas in an M340i. Missed the tunnel chaos by a few hours and only had to fill up once on the journey out. This proves what I've always said that in certain conditions the M340i is quicker than the M3* *before the teenage keyboard monkeys without a licence jump on this. It's a joke.

Fundamentally, the M3 should be equally good as a daily and it seems the M340i does a much better job in that regard. What sort of mpg do you average and get on a run ? also, is it terrible in traffic and idling, though I expect it to be better then the M3

33mpg since new over 16k miles of mixed driving. On a straight run in Eco mode it will do 42mpg, which gives about 500 miles from a tank. Mild hybrid means the engine switches off in traffic and the restart is seamless as it's an 11hp electric motor that provides initial impetus, not the starter motor. In sport that 11hp electric is working instantly off the line.
