I own one suppressor, and I'm going to eventually SBR one of my AR lowers as soon as I'm able to get the 10.3in upper that I want. Now, with that said, I don't agree with the NFA process or paying the tax stamp, but guess what that was created before we where ever a thought on this earth. I think having at least one SBR lower is a good thing. You can build out the shortest lower you want, and you can have multiple uppers in longer lengths for different purposes of your choosing. That's just my two cents.

Following the NFA by asking permission to own what the government classifies as an NFA item, i feel is supporting the governments violation of our rights. It is unconstitutional and illegal for a right to be taxed. Unless your career depends on it, you should just live as a free man and do what you want

For the folks saying driving is a privilege........you are only saying that because the government told you driving is a privilege. What makes driving a privilege? So im privelaged because i paid the tax on my truck and i pay for the tag tax and insurance to drive to work and pay the road taxes and the fuel taxes to then get taxed on my earnings ? I understand i am privelaged to pay to drive to work so i have money to pay more taxes. I know we need to pay taxes , i get it .....but at the same time common sense need to take over. Driving is not a privilege.

I need more info on after ownership of a NFA item, how difficult is it to change your address? I'm a retired veteran living in apartments, eventually wanting to buy a house/land. I'm not even sure if I'll stay in the state I'm in. I'm not even sure if I'll be living in the US after my youngest turns 18 Philippines or Dominican Republic. How do you dispossess or long term storage of a NFA item? Too many options & too many questions.

@parkerbryanl talk to armed attorneys law firm. They’ll at least be able to point you in the right direction. NFA items are worth it, I’m my opinion. Hopefully we’ll get our money back here soon 🙏

Owning a lot of nfa items in my eyes isn’t supporting the nfa. By not getting nfa items just means your on the same side as atf. The more they are purchased then the more they are in common use !
